In this section we'll talk about our adventures in the hopes of encouraging you and
your family to take a trip and enjoy life.
In the month of March we went to Columbus, Ohio to see a bodybuilding contest:
"The Arnold Classic." We booked accomodations through our website Hot Rod Travels
We ate in Phillip's Restaurantand had a great Coney Island Hot Dog...
The best since 1912. We met a great guy and his Hot Rod "Top Gun." In our Travels
through Columbus, we saw the very first Wendy's Restaurant.
We also had an opportunity to visit Big Dog Motorcycles.

In our travels through Ohio and back to Kentucky we saw many sights.
We purchased a grill at the The Early Ford Store for our
1955 Ford Truck. Thanks to Top Gun in Columbus for telling me where it was.
We stopped off at the Quaker Steak & Lube and had the best wings ever.
We then went off to see some hot rods at Krug Auto Sales and met w/ Sean who was
an awesome guy and straight shooter (if you're ever in Beaver Creek, Ohio, look him up!).
We met with my brother in Kentucky and ejoyed some great family time with him and several
aunts & cousins I hadn't seen in years.
One of the highlights for us in Kentucky was visitng Patti's Settlement where you'll
awesome food and some great home town folks.
We stopped off at a great classic car shop in Cadiz, Kentucky on the way back called
Classic's.
Well, those are just some of the highlights from our trip. We hope that we get to go back
real soon to visit these places again. As John Denver says, "It's great to be back home again!
